Unite regional officers and Unite shop stewards have met with the OCA and confirmed that all OCA companies will be implementing the new OCA agreement.
This includes all backdated monies for standby rate and holiday pay that will be due to members.
Each OCA member company has different pay roll systems but Unite has now received written confirmation from the Chairman of the OCA outlining the detailed timelines for each company on when they will be able to begin payments of backdated awards.
We will notify our members in due course when they can expect to have any backdated payments confirmed.
Unite members will have access to expert advice and support on any queries or disagreements that may arise.
